We all love doing biceps curls and building those biceps but did you know that Triceps are what make up 2/3rds of your arm. Shocked? I was too.


Triceps are what make your arms look bigger. I learnt that way after I started lifting.


My focus used to be on curling and building my biceps up but as I got more and more experienced, I realized that the triceps have three heads which can be targeted specifically just by changing the position of our hands.


The heads - lateral, long, and medial, have specific exercises which will help you target and isolate them to help you grow those arms well.


There are compound exercises which help hit all three heads at once but the list I’ve put up for you all will help you get the best out of all your triceps workouts!
